Redmans is an award-winning firm of specialist employment law solicitors, acting for UK employees and senior executives. We are one of the only law firms in the UK that specialises solely in employment law and we have a very high success rate (usually without the requirement to issue an Employment Tribunal claim).

Chris is the head of the employment team. Chris has specialized in employment law since he qualified in 2012 and has helped thousands of individuals and businesses.

Chris has a wealth of experience acting in a broad range of employment law matters for a variety of clients in both the public and the private sectors. He has particular expertise in unfair dismissal and discrimination law, and issues relating to whistleblowing, redundancies and reorganisations.

Chris is an experienced advocate and represents clients on a regular basis in the Employment Tribunal.

Tessa is the Employment Law Director at Redmans Solicitors. With a solid educational foundation laid at Woodroffe School, Tessa continued her academic journey, earning a law degree from the University of the West of England. She further honed her legal expertise with a master’s degree in Clinical Negligence from Cardiff University.

Tessa’s impressive career spans various prestigious roles, including positions at Lyons Davidson Solicitors and DASLaw Ltd. It was during these experiences that she specialized in employment law, achieving recognition as a Chartered Legal Executive.

As the Employment Law Director at Redmans Solicitors, Tessa is at the forefront of managing diverse cases. Serving as a deputy to the firm’s Partner, she brings her wealth of experience to supervising and guiding the legal team. She focuses on litigation, particularly in areas like disability discrimination and absence management.

Alex is a Senior Associate at Redmans Solicitors, bringing a wealth of experience in employment law. Alex pursued her legal education through the CILEX Law School route, laying a solid foundation for her expertise in the field.

Alex initially worked on TUPE claims, unfair dismissal, and constructive dismissal claims. Over the next decade, she honed her skills by representing individuals in highly complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases.

In her role at Redmans, Alex continues to apply her expert knowledge in employment law. As an integral part of the legal team, she advises and supports individuals through their grievances and tribunal claims.

Caroline is an experienced employment lawyer, who trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and then moved to advise union representatives and their members at Rowley Ashworth Solicitors. She moved to New York in 2000 and worked in the international labour rights field for the UN specialised agency, the International Labour Organisation and then the nongovernmental organisation, Social Accountability International (SAI), advising companies on the legal rights of their factory workforces.

Sacha is an experienced employment lawyer, who trained with DMA Legal in Mayfair and then moved upon qualification to Bolt Burdon Solicitors where she worked on a range of employment issues acting for both employees and employers.

At Redmans, she advises on non-contentious and contentious employment law cases.

Rebekka works as a Paralegal in the legal team at Redmans Solicitors. With a diploma in Environmental Science and a Qualifying Law degree, Rebekka brings a unique blend of qualifications to our team. Prior to joining Redmans in November 2021, she gained experience in environmental management departments in Canada.

In her role, Rebekka handles daily inquiries, schedules calls, offers initial advice, provides quotes, conducts assessments, reviews documents, and drafts essential communications.
