Chloe Holmes, Associate

Employment Law Team

Chloe is an Associate in the Employment Law team at Redmans Solicitors.

She completed her law degree at the University of Surrey in 2021 before going on to pass both SQE1 and SQE2 on her first attempt through the University of Law. Chloe then qualified as a solicitor in December 2024.

Before joining Redmans, Chloe trained and qualified at Monaco Solicitors, where she specialised exclusively in employment law. She has experience advising on complex issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, and contract disputes, with particular experience in negotiating exit packages and advising on settlement agreements.

At Redmans, she supports clients on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including assessing claims, drafting legal documents, and advising on workplace disputes. She also works closely with our administrative team and supports senior lawyers to ensure a smooth client journey.

Chloe is driven by a strong belief that employment issues can deeply affect people’s lives and well being. Her aim is to provide practical, compassionate advice that empowers clients to navigate challenges with confidence.
