Jo Orriss is a Paralegal in the Operations Team at Redmans Solicitors.

Jo’s academic background is in art and design, and she has continued her learning through various online and short courses across different disciplines, including an online coding course. She values work that offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to keep growing.

Before joining Redmans, she built a diverse career across hospitality, healthcare, retail, and publishing. Jo has managed a private medical practice and a clog company, and currently also works as a remote PA for a psychotherapist and as a freelance consultant. She brings a strong background in administration, client service, and organisation to her work at the firm.

She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations, including handling new client enquiries, onboarding, assisting with accounts and invoicing, and drafting legal documents.

Jo enjoys being part of the supportive and collaborative team at Redmans, and her adaptable, client-focused approach makes her a valued member of the operations team.
